Thanks for the post jfh,I'm presently on an IP6 cleanse.This is my second,I did one two years ago while doing the Iodine supp and the detox was rough.I tried one last year and had to give it up.This time I stopped the Iodine and I'm coping with the IP6 so far.

How long should one be on it for anyways?I'm thinking two months should be okay.Any thoughts out there?
