I agree its possible, especially if you just swallow them without chewing, but take into consideration that the person said they ate them nights ago, plural. When I eat tomatoes they are out the next day. Now I also suppose this person could have an extremely slow digestive tract as well as not chewing any of the perfectly cut tomato wedges, but we are getting into a much greater chance of them not being tomato skins.
