You're welcome.
I haven't had even one food craving but then I haven't had to be around food at all so I can't really say if it would bother me to watch others eat. But I don't think it would but if it does, I've made up my mind to do the full 10 days and I WILL NOT waste the days I've already done just so I can get some gratification for a few minutes by eating food. So I find the food craving aspect of it to be really easy.
In fact I find the whole thing easy. I've not felt that burst of energy yet that I've read about but I'll have to say that I'm not feeling as tired as I was on a daily basis like I was before the fast and I'm sure that's due to the juice fast. I DO get hungry but when I do I just go get another pint of juice and it fills me up.
I'm thinking that the only tinctures that need to be taken by themselves are the Kidney and Liver tinctures because the bitterness creates bile flow in the liver. The Kidney tincture you take in the Kidney tea and the Liver tincture in a splash of water. If there are others that should be taken by themselves I haven't run across them and I'm thinking that Uny will pop in and tell us if there are. ;)
For some reason I always thought that the cayenne tincture needed to be taken by itself but Uny says it doesn't so now I put all my tinctures in a glass with a splash of water and gulp them down. Well, I DO take the Lobelia and Echinacea by themselves simply because I like how they taste lol.
