Nikola Tesla is the one who invented an "earthquake machine" and by now, the technology is probably 100 times more advanced. HAARP has gotten a very bad reputation internationally, but it seems as though the technology is also irresistable as a weapon. During the last olympics, the local news in New York showed that the Chinese were firing canons to modify the weather during the games.

HAARP is likely responsible for alot more than we know. Not everything is what it seems to be (just an earthquake!!!!).
