My daughter is doing research for her Science fair project, and needs to collect data on the reactions of children to vaccinations. Her principal, citing HEPA privacy issues, will not let her collect data at school. So if anyone could help out by answering the following three questions for each of their children it would be EXTREMELY helpful!

Age of child at time of vaccination?
Gender?
On a scale of 1 to 5, with one being no crying and 5 being excessive crying, how much did the child cry after the vaccination was administered?
