A lot of viruses have been linked to cancers in humans.  I listed some of the known cancer causing viruses, but there are still more such as the human T-cell leukemia viruses 1 through 4.

Other microbes have been linked to cancers as well such as bacteria and fungi.

Parasites can also lead to cancer, but these cancers are extremely rare.
