well, this is what's good about curezone; that such dialogue occurs.

you say:
The body is not stimulating the growth of those blood vessels. The tumor itself secretes those growth factors, such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) so it can feed itself, just like a parasite. The tumor also secretes small amounts of angiogenesis inhibitors to suppress the growth of secondary tumors, survival f the fittest. This is why when the primary tumor is removed the secondary tumors start growing faster. The angiogenesis inhibitors have been removed.

I honestly feel the two different viewpoints (and colourations of assertions) are simply evidence of - well, two different viewpoints, or perspectives. They are seemingly at odds, but not in essence, to my eye.
One sees "parasites" (which are seen as attacking and must be evicted), and "survival of the fittest", which again feels like preferencing a dualistic 'us-them' attack-defense worldview,

and the other (Andreas'), as far as I can gather, is seeing things more from an inclusive POV. Each POV will have its firm adherents. Myself, I'm only invested in truth, whatever the guise or voice, or discomfort of prior certianty. Truth, well, the little I know of it, (but one taste is like One taste) is inclusive, and dissolves obstacles and apparent hair-splitting complexities in light(of Itself) rather than reverting to formerly-existing concepts that might have served. (but served whom?)

I mean no disprespect to your views, understandings and years of study, btw. Nor to your wish to serve Truth.
