Ok so i tried honey for awhile but i believe it was probably just slowing down the process. So i found out apple cider vinnegar kills bacteria, fungus, and yeast. So when i put it on my lips, i feel a little burn which is good cuz its killing bacteria. After doing this a couple times, my lips get a little swollen, but the red is starting to turn a normal color i think. I also just tried putting some plain yogurt on my lips and ate a bunch to get some good bacteria in me. Anyone got anything to say about this? Just lookin for suggestions and feedback.
