I don't think I have Hemo_____is. It's just elevated ferritin. Many people have it, and I was told many would be healthier if they lowered it but most MDs don't agree on what's the best level for Ferritin. That's one of the reasons why they say it's very healthy to donate blood, because it stimulates new blood formation - cleaner, newer, better blood.

Am not wanting to take any more supps. I already take a LOT : ALA, NAC, EDTA, etc.

I'm just going to have to keep trying until I find a way to get therapeutic phlebotomy.
