I lost alot a weight and even got very thin drinking kombucha - I drank maybe like a quart aday - I lost my appetite and ate very little - - - it should be fermented a long time so the culture eats the Sugar and gets abit vinegary (8 to 12 days depending on the temperature etc). I loved drinking it but now I do not have time to make it with all i do.
