Hi,

I am vegan for other reasons not discussed here. I have found many vegetarians and vegans to be very unhealthy too. My reasoning for this always was that they do not eat properly. they eat many breads, pastry, sweets, macaronis and other things to fill them up. They eat just as much acid as a person with milk and dairy.

I also take oregano and oilive extract in a combination by garden of life. YES it does kill worms and many people in my healthfood store have contested to that.
