Thank you so much for your input. That is exactly how I feel, as if there will be no end. I am glad to hear that eventually there will be an end and that there is a light but for all of us going through the dark right now, it seems like an eternity. I am having an electrocardiogram tomorrow to rule out any heart problems because it is awfully scary to feel that sensation in your chest and feel your heart racing and not think that something is seriously wrong.
I'm very curious to lear of your coping skills. Going to yoga tonight to see if that might help. Also read of taking chaste tree berry? I will try my health food store. Anything to help myself.
