Sounds like the begining of a crash cycle. The panic/anxiety attacks are the hardest part of the process for me. When it starts to happen I start wondering if it will ever end, and it eventually does. The attacks really tend to "ruin" my whole day. The last crash I had I started getting better coping skills with it all, thanks to this forum. Remember that you are not alone or "going crazy" and we are here for you!
