Thanks for replying, I will do some research on what you suggested. And yes, I always seem to be be stressed, I guess the exercising isn't helping enough, LOL.

I was just looking up info for scar tissue and got some herbal and homeopathic remedies I'm going to read up on also.

I hope I come up with a solution. The reason I think it is scar tissue is because it is right by my pelvic bone and I can feel a knot form there and I never seem to be able to eliminate fully no matter what I do.
