With just a glance at the weather situation across the U.S. and across the world, it becomes obvious that we are not threatened by a "warming" of the climate.
I live in New York and have noticed that the severe weather we have is spread out across all of America....and the globe. It would seem to resemble the "Year Without a Summer" (1815/16).

Not only has there been a decrease in solar activity, but our atmosphere would seem saturated with volcanic ash by now.....
