How has everyone been managing this? I'm concerned that ramping up Iodine will strengthen my thyroid but aggravate adrenal insufficiency. I've used all the usual herbs, but am reluctant to use glandulars again given animal disease issues and mixed opinions on them. Any insight appreciated.
