"Gina, what were the ranges in your body temp?"
I havent tested my body temp for a long time now, as it was pretty constant around 37-37,4 C (98.6-99.32F) for months.
I feel best when it is around 99 F

Before I started Iodine it was down to 36 and 36.5 C as the highest(96.8-97.7 F); so I have increased my body temp almost one degree in Celcius.
