Hi,

The flushes and Colon Cleanses can lower electrolyte levels. When electrolytes are low, the energy feels drained away, but it is not from anemia. These are really easy to keep up by taking EmergenC every day - this product comes in little packets that you can take one or two of per day. It is a great product. I have also been eating miso soup everyday. Homemade soups are high in electrolytes, as are raw fruits and vegetables and their juices.
