So true about the lecithin helping. Due to other health problems I am doing a long-term dietary liver cleanse instead of flushes, and it really picked up steam when I started taking lecithin.

This forum is the first I had heard of apples and apple juice helping. I eat little fruit due to a history of candida, but when I do eat fruit it is now granny smith tart apples. They really do help, very nice.
