Hi Chris,

Thank you so much for your detailed and excellent reply. All of your points are well taken. I am going to move forward in my pre-cleanse with the 4 days of coffee enemas a couple of days behind me. Since i expect to be starting my next fast in about 3 additional days, i wanted to have a chance to replenish whatever electrolytes the 4 days of coffee enemas may have depleted. Drinking a fair amount of carrot and Celery juice among other healthful delights.
