I eat real healthy and I work out 6 days a week. I only eat "junk" food on Sunday...which reminds me got to go to Jack In The Box lol.... The pills are not expensive, I'll probably try them. Currently, my lips can touch all the water they want and they wont turn white. But I still have to peal them every 4th day.
