Yes...it's the Mirena. Many other women have this side effect and many refer to it as "brain fog" from the hormones. You might be "feeling the hormone release"? Sounds rather silly to me. Perhaps your IUD isn't positioned properly or you're bloated like so many others. I know other women have also complained of this problem. You can do a search while in this forum by typing in the box "brain fog" or "bladder" and you'll find other stories like yours.
