I love this stuff, but my doctors will only allow me to have ONE pill every once in awhile, when I really beg for it. But even after one dose, I can really tell a difference....all my water weight just melts off, which tells me that it is not so much water/fat, but toxins built up making me retain all that gunk in me. And the thrush on my tongue is almost completely gone after one dose.
The bad side is that I get some really bad die-off. Severe fatigue, depression, brain fog and forgetfulness. I have to take it when I have at least 2 days off work to recover.
