I would recommend that you take probiotics if you aren't already. You definately want to do everything in you power not to get a candida overgrowth.

Have you been tested for allergies? I had sinus problems for years and my general practitioner never even mentioned allergies. Last year when I started seeing my holistic dr. he suggested that I get tested and I found out that I have multiple allergies. I started on allegra and antigen drops and I have noticed a great improvement.
