I don't take colesus forskohlii,a new one on me.

I take everything else though.

I'll reduce Armour again, only when i can see a definate improvement. I do better in the summer months.

If i get my thyroid working better, will i have to take stuff like tyrosine ect for life.

Armour is getting difficult to get hold of, so i might be forced to do without at some stage anyway.
