There should be a lab near you where you can have water tested. Put a bit in a sterile container such as a new plastic zip-lock bag. (Phone for their suggestions.)

I'd mention the substances you are concerned about, too.

If I had distilled water, I'd be sure to have a little Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts, too. (See http://www.heartfeltliving.com )

A footbath or hand bath works well...but I love a full bath.


It's just about 3:00 a.m., back to bed. I hurt one tiny spot on my inside knee and I'll be darned if it doesn't penetrate my sleep, no matter which way I turn.

I love my job of sorting bottles and cans for recycling, but I didn't take my walker with me today, for sitting on.

I tired the knee and twisted on it. Shoot! Everything in small doses.
