You haven't damaged your liver professionals often say that any oil can case liver/gallbladder pain if there is poor biliary flow. The reason being that the oil causes bile to flow and if there is a restriction it results in pain.

Borage oil capsules can cause bloating and nausea sometimes as can any change in dietary intake. Why not try bowel and Liver Cleansing instead.
