Hi Donna, thanks for your input. it's appreciated. i was guessing toxins, however, i just wanted to get some feedback from others to confirm. have you read or heard, or ever experienced yourself, palpable nodules in your abdomen. i would sure feel better if these would shrink down in size. i also wonder sometimes if they are irritated lymph nodes. my itching, so far, doesn't feel so bad this evening. the red bumps on my chest feel strange. they kinda give me a zing every once in awhile. i'm not doing a very good job articulating the feeling, but they just tingle every once in awhile. almost feels like i am being stung by something.

so thanks again...and i will most likely post with more questions! :)
