thanks krupaclassy and hanna, I feel better today. Yes I guess I've really stirred things up so thats a good thing, on the way to better health! I did have gallbladder pain during the nite as well. I'm guessing this is all normal? The actual Liver Flush I found to be quite easy. I had no problem getting the oil mixture down, the grapefruit flavor negated the oil flavor and I thought it tasted good. I only got slightly naseated during the night. I have been putting it of for so long b/c I was nervous, but it was really not bad, and the results were amazing! I encourage everyone to do it!
