I'm sure you're probably a week into your plan now and I hope all is going well. You sound like you have worked out a great schedule - the only addition I would make is when you are not actually working on the knee with a fomentation or soaking - I would keep BF&C oil, ointment and cayenne ointment rubbed into the knee, so that it is being fed at all times. Keep us posted on how you're doing!
