Quote by Lolite; "I don't think treating PTSD just nutritionally is going to solve the problem. In this case treating wholistically, mind, body and spirit would prove more helpful. EFT, meditation and perhaps rapid eye movement therapy in addition to treating the body to help it cope with the stress with nutritional support."

This is not the position taken by psycho-nutritiuonjal therapy. There are many factors involved in treating PTSD, but you have to prioritize your many and multiple factors. Psychonutritional therapy teaches you that biological factors play a major and primary role in PTSD, which need to be treated FIRST before addressing the many other factors. The motto in psychonutritional, therapy is "biochemistry before psychology".

Never make the mistake of simplifying the psychonutritional approach as being "just nutritionally".
