this a recent discussion on Vitex dosage as well as hormone balancing etc. with Hveragerthi on the truth in medicine forum-I would go with whatever he says...he hasn't failed me yet, and has helped me enormously.

You should also look up his adrenal conversations. stress is one of the biggest causes of adrenal problems.
