Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to write such detailed reply. The scale of 1-10 way of relating the anxiety levels works wonders. I have a more realistic expectation of what to expect in the coming months and building up tools to use.

I just came from an hour long run on the beach and had a great sweat. Ate fish and red chard for lunch. Now its time for a healthy snack to keep my energy healthy.
