I would like to try Armour or some meds to kick things into gear, but since regular tests don't show anything amiss, I'm not sure how to convince a doc to let me try it. I pretty much never go to docs either, but I guess I could go and ask for it!!

As to other things diet/exercise related, I've done it ALL over the past eight years and my whole life before that has been one 'diet' after the other. I'm sure my body is a total mess by now. I gained TONS of weight with my two pregnancies and had to have C-Sections with both kids. Then adding menopause to the mix just put me over the cliff.
