Hi totakeke - Have you read "Why Am I Always So Tired?" by Ann Louise Gittleman ? That book has a lot of good information on copper overload, and should answer some of your questions. Also, http://www.drlwilson.com
and http://www.artlma.com
have good articles on copper overload and how to treat it.
