so I have have this terrible reoccurring dream where I can't see anything; everything is really really blurry and it is so frustrating. Then slowly I become paralyze and can't move my legs or arms and I usually have to get some where and I can't go. It is terrible, I wake up exhausted without feeling rested at all and I just feel so frustrated. Yet I'm relieved to be awake and to be able to move and see. why do you think I have this dream? i probably have it like once or twice a month.
