Hey gang,

I'm wondering who here among us has been post mirena the longest.
I'm 2 months post removal, and I'm seeing that women even 5 months post removal are still in cycles of the crash. I was wondering of anyone here has been a year free or more of the Mirena and how they are feeling now.


I'm trying to the "nartual" approach to recovery. I passed on the anti anxiety and depressants from my primary care because I know this is hormonal based. I started Progesta-Care creme yesterday. I havent been to a homepathic doctor yet, but I made an appointment with one form 3 weeks from now.
