Hi Cheshire77 - Two days ago someone else on CZ recommended that I read the Eat Right book by Dr. D'Adamo. I got a copy of "Live Right for Your Type" about two hours ago, started reading it a few minutes ago, then read your post. The synchronicity is amazing to me.

Anyway, I've read a bit about my bloodtype (A) and am intrigued by how accurate it is. It explains the issues I've had with adrenal fatigue, poor digestion of red meat, hypoglycemia, 15 years of detoxing, etc. I'd love to discuss this with you and other CZers as I read the book. Since I've never had issues with candida, perhaps we can start a new thread that isn't posted to that forum. Does that sound good to you?
