MH, you keep alluding to *the simple cure* for everything, would you please share with us what that *cure* is? I want it. Not all *English* people are lazy and hate to read. Some of *US* {and that includes you I think} :) are earnestly looking for ways to maintain health. I'm glad you are showing your Amish friends that there are some good, educated people outside their world. Please don't discount _us_ because we are not Amish. Most of us here are enthusiastically awaiting you sharing your secretss & wisdom with us. We ARE HERE to learn & do what it takes to get & stay healthy. So please share your secrets.
