he said there is little inflamation , i am sure its not that serious but if i really try working on my oral hygine and others things somehow my doctor is sure things might change as i had some cavity fillings , I am getting an appointment with my dentist soon .

Hope this has to do completely with some hygine thing.
I dont bite nails but surely i have some fillings in mouth.
