This is Day 5 in my water fast, and I haven't lost any weight, I feel I'm less swollen, but still the scale records no loss.

I have done before 2 fasts each 18 days, and my last fast was in Nov and it lasted 4 days.

BTW I gave birth 10 months ago, and my prolactin is a tad high.

Any idea what might be the cause for my weight stalling.
