Thanks for the lemon juice tip will try that out, it does seem that the water just passed right through.

To HV i think the reason behind mine is that im hyopthyroid, do you happen to know why hypothyroidsm causes requent urination and is there anything i should/can be doing to help with frequent urination ?

I have been tested for diabetes(about 5 times, good job doctors lol) and they all came back normal.
