Thanks for your replies, i've eliminated gluten from my diet since I first suspected I had candida and haven't cheated with it so i'm not sure if gluten could be a possibility or not? Do you still get symptoms even without eating it?

Hveragerthi--i've been taking digestive enzymes before every meal or around 4 times a day and they seem to be helping with digestion a little bit. Do you think bitters are more effective? Or could I take enzymes and bitters together?

I definitely think low stomach acid is a problem of mine. I have some ph tape at home and i'm around 6.2 or 6.4 most days when i should be up in the 7s.
