Hi powertool4 - At this point, I want to reduce the detox symptoms. Reducing my
copper is not a priority right now.

Thanks for recommending the Blood builder. I've been taking the yellow dock for about three months, and it triggered mild liver and kidney detox symptoms. The kidney symptoms have been more severe the last few weeks, and I'm not sure what to make of this. I'm still feeling very fatigued, so I'm not sure if the yellow dock is making much of a difference with my iron levels. I'm willing to try the Blood builder if it can increase my iron levels without increasing my detox symptoms.
