I had a question. You said youve been taking methylb12 shots for some time now..
How often do you have to get a shot? And did you notice any weird side effects from the first times you got methylb12 shots?

I tried sublinguals and it made me irritable, depressed, feeling spacey and empty inside, weird mood issues, but it did help me with sleep and feeling more nourished so i was a bit confused as to whether those were normal.
