I'm no expert but i'll take a guess

I assume meat would be wasted if your'e doing SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as it sits in you longer and would be flushed out before being fully digested. I did them first thing in the morning so it was around 12hrs since I ate. I'm not sure it matters what you eat afterwards either. Intuitively i eat light. Fruit, veges etc. I have heard taking a pro biotic afterwards is a good idea.

As for the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , my advice would be to be careful. If you feel any signs of fatigue, stop taking it. Your liver is getting congested and it's a long journey to decongest it.
