I would like to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as well. Can a person with a leaky gut do this? In the morning is usually when I take my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , can these be taken with the salt water? I take threelac later in the day which has vit C so it would be hard to take my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement later too.

also should a person just eat veggies during this flush? what about soup thickened with chia seeds? I've tried eating just veggies before and always end up so weak. Could I eat eggs or any meat?
