I've been doing LFs for about a year now (14 so far), and have had great success, but don't like the Epsom Salts (I consider that the most difficult part of the flush... LOL).
I'm interested in the simplified Dr. Clark's method you mentioned.
I'd appreciate any pointers you'd like to share: always ready to learn more.
