If OCD behaviour is related to past abuses, it may come under the heading of PTSD.

But both may be related to an ongoing metabolic disorders that may have started from earlier periods, but nevertheless are conditions that MUST be treated in the here-and-now. At a later stage you could consider the psychological aspects.
