Pure water, 8-10 glasses daily, minimum for me
No sodas, nothing with aspartane, diet type foods.
No processed foods...but that is hard for me.
No hydroganated fats
I like to use olive, flax and coconut oil daily.
There are links on diet and the such here on curezone.
I use P&B shakes daily for the week or two before and after a flush.
